The decipherment of this document is open to interpretation. What I am looking for is:
1. a rendering of the text in transliteration. I am looking for a particular interpretation, as will be evident from the clues.
2. the name of the scholar publishing this particular transliteration;
3. the title of his work;
4. the date of this publication;
5. the aspect of this particular interpretation that is significant;
6. and the general location that the original text was discovered.
